MoSAIC Offers Interactive Learning For Kids To Explore Their Potential

Kuala Lumpur: The Museum of Science, Arts and Innovation for Children (MoSAIC), which opened on February 1, offers an interactive learning experience for children aged four to 17 years. MoSAIC chief executive officer Fiza Zin, who co-founded the museum with Karimah Koh Siow Kien, stated that the museum combines creativity, play, and exploration, providing a dedicated space for holistic and inclusive learning.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, MoSAIC aims to foster an environment where children and families can explore their potential and envision a future Kuala Lumpur through hands-on learning in interactive zones. Fiza Zin emphasized that the museum is designed to nurture curiosity, critical thinking, and creative self-expression.

The museum features various interactive zones, including a Play Area, Junior Makerspace, Literacy Zone, STEM activities, a Children’s Art Gallery, and Performing Arts, along with a child-friendly Cafeteria. Additionally, the SCALE-IT programme is introduced to incorporate Science, Culture, Arts, Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology. This programme includes activities such as street photography workshops and entrepreneurial ventures to enhance children’s creativity and engagement in urban development.

Strategically located in downtown Kuala Lumpur at the Civic and Heritage Precinct, MoSAIC is easily accessible via public transportation and welcomes visitors from Wednesday to Sunday, between 9 am to 5.45 pm.
