According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (KUSKOP) is committed to fostering the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and cooperatives within the halal industry. Datuk Ewon Benedick, speaking at the opening of the KUSKOP Halal Success Programme, highlighted that the halal industry has evolved into a thriving global economy with a market value exceeding US$3 trillion, transcending its traditional exclusivity to Muslims.
Ewon encouraged entrepreneurs to embrace innovation and venture beyond their comfort zones, urging them to seize opportunities not only in the domestic market but also to bu

He emphasized the importance of leveraging programmes like Halal Success, which is more than just a training initiative but a platform for future growth.
