Hakim Danish Satisfied After Scoring Points At Dutch GP

Assen: Malaysia's young rider Muhammad Hakim Danish Ramli was satisfied with his seventh-place finish in the Moto3 Dutch Grand Prix at the TT Circuit Assen yesterday, despite struggling with tyre grip issues.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Hakim Danish expressed contentment with his performance, having started from 16th on the grid and successfully breaking into the leading pack. He was particularly pleased with his ability to challenge for a position in the top three during the race.

Hakim Danish stated, "It was quite a difficult race, but I managed it well at the start. Beginning from P16, I broke into the leading group and fought for a place in the top three." He further explained that the race intensified when another group of riders caught up with him, but he managed to maintain his momentum despite lacking confidence in the tyre performance, eventually securing a seventh-place finish.

Yesterday's race saw Hakim Danish displaying an impressive performance, consistently staying among the top three for much of the 25-lap race. However, with five laps remaining, he appeared to struggle with his machine, losing momentum and allowing several riders to overtake him, ultimately finishing in seventh place with a time of 33 minutes 56.275 seconds.

The result added nine championship points to the 18-year-old's tally, advancing him to sixth place in the Moto3 standings with a total of 82 points.
