ASEAN Change Management Conference 2025 Returns With Stronger Regional Voice

Kuala lumpur: Building on the success of its impactful debut last year, the ASEAN Change Management Conference 2025 (ACMC) is set to return to Kuala Lumpur on Oct 1 and 2, bringing together leaders and practitioners from across Southeast Asia for bold leadership and a people-first focus.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this year’s conference, themed ‘Advancing Results, Change Done Right!’, promises deeper regional engagement, stronger collaboration, and practical insights that go beyond theory into real-world transformation. Organised by K-Pintar Sdn Bhd, ACMC 2025 aims to position change not merely as a necessity, but as a skill to be honed.

ACMC chairperson and K-Pintar chief executive officer (CEO), R. A. Thiagaraja, stated that ACMC 2025 is about equipping leaders and change practitioners to implement change with precision and long-term impact. He emphasized that in a region as diverse and dynamic as ASEAN, change must be interpreted rather than imported, and this year’s focus is on moving from awareness to action.

The conference will feature a lineup of speakers from England, Poland, Africa, India, Singapore, and Malaysia, combining global ideas with local experience to address the real challenges faced in ASEAN. Topics include Trends and Innovation, Organisational Culture, Psychology and Neuroscience, Change Leadership and Fundamentals, and Digital Transformation. These will be explored through masterclasses, interactive workshops, leadership dialogues, and design sprints, offering participants practical tools applicable in real-world settings.

The National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) has joined as a strategic collaboration partner for ACMC 2025, bringing in the perspective of Malaysia’s public sector. This partnership reflects the government’s efforts to foster innovation and build a forward-looking public service, aligning with the values of Malaysia MADANI, which supports ideas and changes benefiting the people.

In collaboration with the Project Management Institute Malaysia Chapter, Institut Koperasi Malaysia (IKMA), National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM), Global Business Services (GBS), Prosci (USA), and other international organizations, the conference aims to support the establishment of a sustainable regional ecosystem focused on advancing the profession of change management.
