YYForce Unveils Yolara AI to Enhance Singapore’s Frontline Staffing

Accra:YYForce Inc, a provider of technology-enabled workforce solutions and integrated facility management services, has introduced Yolara AI, a new artificial intelligence-powered workforce platform aimed at improving staffing efficiency for frontline businesses in Singapore.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Yolara AI platform addresses common challenges in frontline staffing, such as manual processes, fragmented communication, and slow cycle times. The AI system is designed to convert spoken manager requests into fulfilled shifts within minutes, marking a significant step in YYForce's strategy to create an intelligent workforce ecosystem across the region, as stated by CEO Mike Fu.

Yolara AI features algorithmic matching, automated staffing workflows, digital attendance, and operational analytics. It leverages YYForce's existing network, which includes over 100,000 verified frontline workers and more than 500 enterprise partner locations, although these numbers represent the company's current network rather than active users of Yolara AI.

The platform is tailored to facilitate flexible staffing for sectors such as hospitality, food and beverage, retail, logistics, events, and facilities management by aligning staffing needs with workers' skills and availability. Key features include AI-driven worker matching, conversational onboarding, automated scheduling, and geofenced digital attendance tracking, alongside dashboards for staffing coverage, attendance, and labor costs.

Additionally, YYForce is deploying a conversational voice agent using natural language processing, intent recognition, and information extraction to convert spoken requests into digital formats. This feature is being introduced gradually to select enterprise clients in Singapore and will be expanded further post-deployment.

Future plans involve evaluating expansion into other Southeast Asian markets and incorporating AI enhancements such as machine-learning-based demand forecasting, predictive workforce analytics, and agentic workflows, although these are not included in the initial launch version.
