Paris: Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) president Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz has hailed the historic success of the mixed doubles pair Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei as they emerged as champions in the Badminton World Federation (BWF) World Championships in Paris.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Tengku Zafrul described their success as proof that Malaysia never gave up in its quest for victory on the international stage. He emphasized that the victory was not merely about becoming world champions but also a symbol of resilience, hard work, and sacrifice that serves as an inspiration to all Malaysians.
