Selangor:PKNS FM Integrated Sdn Bhd (PKNS FMI) has entered into a partnership with Selangor Advance as part of the Selangor Advance 500 (SA500) initiative. This collaboration aims to improve financing access for local contractors and small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Selangor Advance is an initiative by the Selangor state government, supported by Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) (MBI). It provides Shariah-compliant financing to assist SMEs and contractors in managing cash flow.

The partnership will offer contractors and SMEs flexible and digital alternative financing solutions to aid in cash flow management and project implementation. PKNS FMI emphasized that this collaboration is part of its broader efforts to empower local contractors by enhancing access to business opportunities, capacity-building initiatives, and inclusive financing solutions.

At the launch ceremony of the SA500, held during the Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2026, PKNS FMI received a Strategic Partnership Token from Selangor Advance. The event was officiated by Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

PKNS FMI highlighted that increased collaboration among development agencies, financing providers, and industry stakeholders is crucial for creating a sustainable business ecosystem and supporting Selangor's economic growth agenda. The organization reaffirmed its commitment to building a resilient and competitive contractor ecosystem through strategic partnerships that offer long-term value to industry stakeholders, local businesses, and the wider economy.
