The plan also aims to increase the efficiency of judicial services by reducing litigation periods, enhancing the enforcement system, and upgrading court and notary public services. Additionally, it seeks to improve case management, expand alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and develop judicial assistance and services for persons with disabilities. The panel's second pillar provided a forward-looking view of regional and international experiences, while the third pillar discussed Arab initiatives for judicial communication, focusing on governing the use of artificial intelligence in the judiciary for reliable digital justice and capacity building.
