Negeri sembilan: The Negeri Sembilan Pakatan Harapan (PH) Leadership Council convened at the Menteri Besar's Official Residence to deliberate on the party's strategies for the forthcoming state election.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Negeri Sembilan DAP secretary Cha Kee Chin confirmed that the meeting, led by Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun who also chairs the state PH, was a routine gathering rather than an extraordinary session. Cha, also serving as the Rasah Member of Parliament, indicated that the meeting was called urgently following the Johor State Legislative Assembly's dissolution the previous evening.

"The meeting was held in a harmonious atmosphere in the spirit of the Negeri Sembilan PH family. We discussed the readiness of the PH election machinery for the upcoming state election," Cha remarked in a Facebook post. This assembly was reportedly prompted by news earlier in the day that several Negeri Sembilan PH leaders had gathered at the Menteri Besar's Official Residence.

The dissolution of the Johor State Legislative Assembly was announced by Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi, marking the official start of preparations for the state election.
