Negeri Sembilan:Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Datuk Ismail Lasim is endeavoring to meet with the Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, at Istana Hinggap today. A vehicle carrying Ismail was observed entering the palace around 10.50 am.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, earlier in the day, vehicles transporting Undang Luak Sungei Ujong Datuk Klana Petra Muhammad Faris Johari and Undang Luak Rembau Datuk Sedia Raja Hassan Ab Hamid were also spotted entering the palace grounds. This meeting is believed to be connected to the administration of the state and the current situation in Negeri Sembilan.

Members of the media started assembling outside the palace at approximately 10 am to report on the unfolding developments. The meeting follows a recent decision by Tuanku Muhriz, who revoked the appointments of 10 members of the Negeri Sembilan State Executive Council (Exco) effective September 20, with the revocation being officially recorded on September 24.

The Exco members affected by this revocation include Datuk Mohd Faizal Ramli, Datuk Zaifulbahri Idris, Datuk Mustapha Nagoor, Siow Kong Choon, Siti Nur Umaira Hasim, Datuk Mohd Asna Amin, Datuk Mohd Razi Mohd Ali, Suhaimizan Bizar, Mohd Fairuz Mohd Isa, and Datuk Razali Abu Samah.
