Kuala Lumpur:A special meeting was held with 25 Negeri Sembilan state assemblymen, focusing on their responsibilities rather than the recent audience between Menteri Besar Datuk Ismail Lasim and Negeri Sembilan Yang Dipertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, stated state UMNO chief Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the discussion centered on ensuring that all government bloc representatives remain committed to their duties and strengthening the party.

Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi encouraged the assemblymen to maintain focus on serving the people amidst the state's political situation. The meeting outlined a narrative and guidelines for the assemblymen to fulfill their roles in their constituencies, reinforce the party, and meet their responsibilities as elected officials.

The gathering was also attended by UMNO secretary-general Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki and BN secretary-general Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.
