Kuala lumpur: Malaysia is gearing up to welcome exhibitors and delegates from around the world to the 19th Defence Services Asia (DSA) Exhibition and Conference and the 4th International Exhibition on National Security for Asia (NATSEC Asia) 2026. Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin emphasized the importance of these events as strategic platforms for fostering defence diplomacy and constructive engagements among nations.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Mohamed Khaled highlighted that DSA and NATSEC Asia 2026 are not only about showcasing the latest defence and security technologies but also about facilitating high-level forums. These forums will bring together governments, industry leaders, and defence communities to enhance cooperation and shared security priorities. The events are expected to provide local industry players with opportunities to advance their capabilities through partnerships and innovation.
Mohamed Khaled also announced the participation of 368 Malaysian companies in the four-day event, which will be housed in the newly-introduced Malaysian Defence Industry Consortium pavilion. This pavilion will exhibit a range of products and capabilities under the theme 'Empowering Capabilities and Resilience Through Technology'. The event is set to be officiated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
In his Facebook post, Mohamed Khaled extended a warm welcome to all attendees, expressing hopes for fruitful engagements and a pleasant stay throughout the duration of DSA and NATSEC Asia 2026.
