Kuala lumpur: Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the world's largest one-stop jewellery marketplace is set to return in early March under its 'Two Shows, Two Venues' format. The 12th Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show will occur from 2 to 6 March at AsiaWorld-Expo, featuring a range of jewellery raw materials. Concurrently, the 42nd Hong Kong International Jewellery Show will be held from 4 to 8 March at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, showcasing finished jewellery pieces.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Jenny Koo, Deputy Executive Director of the HKTDC, stated, "This year's twin jewellery shows bring together some 4,000 exhibitors from over 40 countries and regions, with nearly 70% coming from outside Hong Kong." The HKTDC aims to highlight Hong Kong's status as an international trade capital and jewellery sourcing hub through this extensive marketplace.
