Melaka:The Ministry of Education (MOE) has called on victims related to a case involving a freelance speaker under investigation for inappropriate conduct to report to the authorities to facilitate appropriate action.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Minister Datuk Seri Fadhlina Sidek emphasized the importance of victim reports to aid authorities in their investigations and enable the MOE to act based on ongoing processes. She stressed the necessity of these reports for taking action and ensuring the issue does not persist in the school environment.

Fadhlina highlighted the ministry's commitment to maintaining safety in schools, noting that all programs involving the freelance speaker have been halted to support the investigation. She urged victims to come forward and report to the authorities, and called on all school parties, including administrators, to prioritize student safety.

The directive to stop all school programs involving the accused speaker was issued yesterday by Fadhlina to allow for a comprehensive investigation.
