Kuching: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim spent some time visiting the Sukma Ria Ramadan Bazaar in conjunction with his one-day working visit to the city here today. Anwar spent about 20 minutes interacting with traders and visitors buying delicacies to break fast.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Anwar was accompanied by Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof. Earlier in the day, Anwar attended the State Development Special Meeting at Kompleks Satria Pertiwi here.
He is also scheduled to attend the Sarawak-level MADANI breaking of fast event at Masjid Jamek Negeri Sarawak tonight.
