Kuala lumpur: Zetrix AI Bhd, formerly known as MY E.G. Services Bhd (MyEG), is no longer involved in the renewal of foreign worker permits. The company announced in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the term of its Foreign Worker Permit Renewal Services has ended.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Zetrix AI stated that the Malaysian Immigration Department confirmed on July 29, 2025, that Foreign Worker Permit Services are now part of the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) project. This initiative aims to integrate the border control system across various agencies within the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Zetrix AI further clarified that despite its exit from permit renewals, it continues to participate in related activities through a collaboration with HeiTech Padu Bhd. HeiTech Padu Bhd was awarded the project to implement NIISe, and Zetrix AI remains engaged under a Teaming Agreement with the company.
