Perak: Perak FC coach Yusri Che Lah is in high spirits after witnessing his team dominate Kelantan Darul Naim FC (KDN FC) with a 7-0 victory in their Super League match at the Manjung Municipal Council Stadium.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Clayton Da Silva scored four goals, while captain Luciano Guaycochea, Adilet Kanybekov, and Tommy Mawat Bada each added one goal, leading Perak to climb three spots to fifth in the 13-team Super League standings with 22 points after 18 matches. Yusri expressed his satisfaction with the team’s performance, particularly their ability to keep a clean sheet while scoring seven goals. He emphasized the importance of maintaining this momentum as they face challenging and significant upcoming matches.

Yusri highlighted their immediate focus on the next two matches against Kuching City FC on February 7 and Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) on February 27. He stressed the importance of player fitness and determination in securing maximum points in each match as the league season appro
aches its end.

Meanwhile, KDN FC’s assistant head coach Rezal Zambery Yahya commended his players for their effort despite facing several challenges. He acknowledged meeting the team only a day before the game and noted their lack of recent training together. Despite these difficulties, Rezal appreciated the players’ willingness to compete against a strong team like Perak.
