Youth Association Alumni Proposed as Bridge Between Government and Public

Kuala lumpur: Youth association alumni need to be placed in a consultative council to allow them to play a more active role as a bridge between the public and the MADANI government. Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Adam Adli Abdul Halim said he would bring this suggestion up to Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh to allow youth alumni to play a suitable role.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Adam Adli emphasized the importance of setting up a new initiative to organize alumni from youth associations into a consultative council that could aid the Youth and Sports Ministry (KBS). He expressed his intention to propose this idea to Minister Hannah Yeoh, hoping for the support of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

During his speech at the Gala Dinner held in conjunction with the 4B Malaysia Youth Movement annual general meeting, Adli commended the 4B Malaysia Youth Movement. He highlighted the movement’s success in nurturing not only activists but also champions of society and grassroots leaders who understand the pulse of the people.
