Kuala lumpur: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning forecasting thunderstorms, heavy rain, and strong winds across almost all states and Kuala Lumpur until 9 pm today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, MetMalaysia, in a warning issued at 4.35 pm, highlighted that adverse weather conditions are anticipated in Perlis, Penang, Perak, and Kuala Lumpur. The forecast extends to various regions within Kedah, including Kubang Pasu, Kota Setar, and others, as well as specific areas in Kelantan and Pahang.

In Selangor, expected affected areas include Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, and others, while Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and Johor are also on alert for potential severe weather. The advisory covers regions in Sarawak, such as Sebauh and Beluru, and extends to parts of Sabah, including the Interior and West Coast areas.
