Kuala lumpur: Thunderstorms, heavy rain, and strong winds are expected to hit Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and six other states until 3 pm today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) announced that the affected areas include Pahang, covering Cameron Highlands, Bentong, Temerloh, Bera, and Rompin. In Selangor, the impacted regions are Kuala Selangor, Hulu Selangor, Klang, Gombak, Petaling, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat, and Sepang.

Additionally, the warning extends to Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and parts of Johor, specifically Tangkak, Segamat, Muar, Mersing, and Kota Tinggi. In Sarawak, residents in Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Sri Aman (Lubok Antu), and Kapit (Song and Kapit) are advised to prepare for similar weather conditions.
