Kuala lumpur: Real estate agency The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd has received two titles from The Asia Records after it recorded a gross sales value (GSV) totalling RM19.78 billion in 2025.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, The Asia Records is a private record-certification organisation operated by Asia Records Sdn Bhd that recognises, verifies, and documents record-breaking achievements across sectors in Asia. Asia Records awarded The Roof Realty with the 'Top Performing Million-Earner Agents in 2025' and 'Highest Transaction Volume and Value in 2025' titles during a ceremony on June 26.

'These remarkable achievements reflect The Roof Realty's unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership within Malaysia's real estate industry,' Asia Records stated in a statement.

The Roof Realty founder and group managing director Datuk Dr Nicholas Yap attributed the recognition to the collective efforts of the company's workforce. Yap revealed that The Roof Realty recorded 53,626 property transactions in 2025, generating a GSV of RM19.78 billion, while producing 13 million-earner real estate agents. 'This recognition from The Asia Records inspires us to continue setting new benchmarks for the real estate industry while creating greater value for our clients, partners, and communities,' he said.

Established in 2009, The Roof Realty operates nationwide through a network of professional real estate negotiators and provides training programmes and digital tools for its negotiators.
