Kuala lumpur: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, has expressed pride over the historic achievement of Tunku Panglima Johor Tunku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ibrahim and Tunku Putera Johor Tunku Abu Bakar Sultan Ibrahim after Johor Motorsports Racing (JMR) emerged as the Pro-Am category champions in the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps endurance race in Belgium on Sunday.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, His Majesty emphasized that the success was a result of the duo's collaboration with teammates Ben Greene and Jordan Love in the world's largest GT3 endurance race. His Majesty acknowledged the significance of this victory as it is the first time a Malaysian team has achieved such a feat in the prestigious event.

The victory marked a historic milestone as it represented the first triumph by a Malaysian team in the Pro-Am category of the world's biggest GT3 race. The accomplishment occurred during JMR's third appearance in the event, underscoring the team's dedication and perseverance.
