Kuala lumpur: WM Senibong Sdn Bhd (WM Senibong), the developer known for projects such as Senibong Cove, Crest Austin, and The Kews, officially launched its second sales gallery at Crest Austin over the weekend. The grand opening sparked widespread interest and attracted a steady stream of visitors over two days, allowing an exclusive preview of the township’s first lake-facing, apartment-style development.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Crest Austin development is situated within the Emerald Business Park and spans 4.21 acres. It is planned across two phases, with Phase 1 including Towers 1 and 2, and Tower 3 to follow in Phase 2, yielding approximately 900 residential units in total. The development aims to redefine urban living by combining thoughtfully planned layouts, green landscapes, and proximity to key lifestyle amenities, positioning it as a community-focused, modern urban living environment.
