Selangor: Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah graced a breaking of fast event with Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) officers and personnel onboard the KD Pahang and KD Terengganu vessels at the RMN base here today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, His Royal Highness, who holds the title of RMN Captain-in-Chief, was received by Navy Chief Admiral Datuk Zulhelmy Ithnain and Klang Royal City Council (MBDK) Mayor Datuk Abd Hamid Hussain upon his arrival at the event.

During the occasion, Sultan Sharafuddin presented contributions to asnaf groups and RMN families dealing with chronic illnesses. Following the presentations, he witnessed the ‘sunset ceremony’ on the KD Terengganu.

The Sultan then joined approximately 300 RMN personnel to perform the Maghrib, Ishak, and Tarawih prayers, marking a significant moment of unity and spirituality.
