Kuala lumpur: Scanwolf Corporation Bhd, a producer of plastic edging and flooring, has received a letter of award (LOA) from Sg Besi Construction Sdn Bhd for a contract valued at RM21 million through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Scanwolf Trading and Construction Sdn Bhd.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the sub-contract involves the construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of a nine-storey factory block in Klang, Selangor, for Tetuan Armani Maker Alliance Sdn Bhd. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Scanwolf Corp detailed that the sub-contract work is scheduled to start on June 12, 2026, and is expected to conclude by June 11, 2027.

Scanwolf Corp indicated that the LOA will not affect the share capital and shareholding structure of the company. However, it is anticipated to have a positive impact on the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial years ending June 30, 2026, and June 2027.
