Kuala Lumpur: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA welcomes the holy month of Ramadan with its grand ‘Samudra’ themed buka puasa (breaking of fast) buffet, offering a spread of 360 dishes inspired by the richness of the sea, land, and cultural heritage.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the buffet features a variety of traditional archipelago delicacies, Middle Eastern flavors, and international cuisines, with signature dishes including whole roasted lamb, freshly grilled seafood, aromatic biryani, and hearty bubur lambuk.
Guests can also indulge in a selection of desserts, including traditional kuih-muih, Middle Eastern sweets like baklava, and refreshing beverages such as air bandung and sugarcane juice.
General Manager Sundralingam Kulendra stated during a recent Ramadan preview, ‘Our Samudra themed Ramadan buffet is a tribute to the depth and diversity of flavors, where we aim to bring families, friends, and communities together over a sumptuous meal.
