Regask: RegASK, an artificial intelligence (AI)-native regulatory platform, has announced a new agentic AI label compliance workflow that brings labels from draft to market-ready compliance in a single governed system.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the workflow builds on the AI-assisted label review RegASK introduced earlier this year, extending it from an instant compliance check into an end-to-end workflow, with review, collaboration, action routing to owners, and auditability in one place. Caroline Shleifer, founder and chief executive officer of RegASK, stated that by integrating review, collaboration, and market assessment into one system, teams can move from understanding regulatory requirements to executing them with greater confidence.
By resolving regulatory issues before artwork moves into production and printing, teams avoid rework, scrapped packaging runs, and launch delays that occur when errors are discovered late. The workflow consolidates multiple activities, allowing teams to review label content, assess compliance across target markets, collaborate on findings, assign follow-up actions, and maintain a complete audit trail throughout the review process.
The workflow starts with a structured content sheet or annotated artwork. The system checks each label element against applicable requirements across target markets, generates findings with severity rankings and regulatory citations, and routes follow-up actions to the appropriate owners. RegASK emphasized that every finding remains connected to the underlying regulation, project history, and actions taken to resolve it, creating a defensible record for internal governance and external audits.
Early adopters have reportedly reduced label compliance reviews from a multi-day manual effort to about five minutes per report. Teams have also transitioned from a multi-stakeholder review to an agentic AI-first pass with a single expert confirmation, allowing regulatory teams to focus on higher-value work.
This announcement marks the first in a series highlighting new capabilities introduced in the latest RegASK platform release, demonstrating how the company is extending its Regulatory AI Operating System across the regulatory lifecycle.
