Quantexa Named Category Leader in AML Transaction Monitoring by Chartis Research

Kuala Lumpur:According to BERNAMA News Agency, Quantexa, a global data and AI software company, has achieved the status of Category Leader in Chartis Research's RiskTech Quadrant for AML Transaction Monitoring Solutions 2026. This marks a significant rise from its 2025 position within the quadrant.

Chartis Research highlighted Quantexa's strong performance in data and system integrations and risk typology modelling. These attributes reflect its substantial market potential and the completeness of its offerings. The AML transaction monitoring landscape is evolving from traditional rule-based systems to more advanced methods, including behavioural and graph analytics, data interoperability, and the strategic use of AI.

Matthew Long, Global Head of Financial Crime Risk at Quantexa, emphasized that the company's approach targets identifying relationships and infrastructure within financial crime networks rather than isolated transaction analysis. Sean O'Malley, Chartis Research's Director for Financial Crime and Control, noted that Quantexa's strengths in data integration and contextualisation support its analytical strategies, which use both supervised and unsupervised machine learning and natural language processing.

Additionally, Quantexa moved up to 18th place in Chartis' RiskTech100 2027 rankings, entering the top 20.
