Police Probe Two Pig Head Incidents In Kuala Pilah, Tampin

Kuala lumpur: Police have received two reports regarding incidents of pig heads being placed in front of a house in Kuala Pilah and a shop in Tampin early today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Negeri Sembilan police chief Datuk Alzafny Ahmad stated that the two male victims involved in the incidents are related. Initial investigations revealed that the two incidents, which took place around 1 am, are connected, with the motive likely being a personal dispute between the victims and a suspect, who is believed to be an unlicensed moneylender.

Datuk Alzafny Ahmad clarified that the incidents were not motivated by religious hatred but were attempts to pressure the victims into settling debts. He also mentioned that the suspect is believed to be the same individual responsible for previously splashing paint at the shop.

The cases are currently being investigated under Section 504 of the Penal Code for intentionally insulting a person with the intent to provoke a breach of peace, and Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation. Alzafny has urged anyone with information about the incidents to contact the police and cautioned the public against making statements that could disturb public order or spread misinformation.
