PMB Investment Declares 2.0 Sen Per Unit Distribution for Two Shariah Funds, Totaling Over RM11 Million


Kuala lumpur: PMB Investment Bhd has announced annual distributions for its PMB Shariah Premier Fund and PMB Shariah Equity Fund, each declaring a 2.0 sen per unit distribution for the financial year ending August 31, 2025, and August 30, 2025, respectively. The total gross distribution amounts to over RM11 million.



According to BERNAMA News Agency, the PMB Shariah Premier Fund achieved a yield of 5.26 percent, resulting in a total gross distribution of RM4.85 million. In parallel, the PMB Shariah Equity Fund delivered a yield of 3.37 percent, leading to a total gross distribution of RM6.41 million. The net asset value (NAV) of the PMB Shariah Premier Fund will adjust from RM0.4048 to RM0.3848, and the NAV of the PMB Shariah Equity Fund will change from RM0.6364 to RM0.6164 following these distributions. Both funds share an ex-date of August 29, 2025, and a reinvestment date of September 2, 2025.



PMB Investment’s chief executive officer, Hang Tuah Amin Tajudin, highlighted the performance of the funds, noting that the PMB Shariah Premier Fund provided a three-year cumulative return of 37.57 percent, averaging 12.52 percent annually as of August 31, 2025. Meanwhile, the PMB Shariah Equity Fund achieved a cumulative return of 62.29 percent, averaging 20.76 percent annually. He expressed optimism about the potential for shariah-compliant investment opportunities and confidence in their research capabilities to continue delivering value to unitholders.
