Kuantan: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, through his political secretary Datuk Ahmad Farhan Fauzi, today presented a donation and food basket to a breast cancer patient in Kuantan, Pahang. Ahmad Farhan presented the contribution to Noranita Abdul Raof at her residence in Taman Dato’ Rashid.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ahmad Farhan expressed his heartfelt reaction upon meeting Noranita. “As soon as I stepped in, the expression on Puan Noranita’s face immediately touched my heart. Behind the smile she tried to hide.there is an agonising story of a mother who is currently battling cancer,” said Ahmad Farhan in a Facebook post that was also shared by the prime minister today.

He also prayed for divine intervention, asking that Allah SWT grant healing and perseverance to Noranita and her family during her treatment journey, with hopes for a possible cure.
