Simpang ampat: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced a Special Allocation of RM500,000 to help build an additional block at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC) Boon Beng, Bandar Tasek Mutiara in Simpang Ampat, which involves 12 classrooms and other facilities.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Education Minister Datuk Seri Fadhlina Sidek said the allocation is good news from the Prime Minister to help the school and the community continue development efforts that have already begun. "The entire project is valued at RM8.6 million and certainly this RM500,000 does not solve everything, but it helps the school and the community continue the efforts that have been initiated."

She emphasized the principle upheld in education, noting that there are schools needing repairs, facing shortages of space, and requiring better facilities, and it is their duty to address those needs and assist based on genuine requirements. Fadhlina, who is also the Member of Parliament for Nibong Tebal, mentioned that she, along with the Prime Minister's Political Secretary Chan Ming Kai, visited SJKC Boon Beng to deliver the news regarding the allocation.

She also expressed her gratitude to Anwar, who is also the Minister of Finance, for continuing to pay attention to the education sector.
