Kuala lumpur: OCK Group Bhd is considering listing its 52.0 per cent subsidiary, EI Power Technologies Sdn Bhd, along with its subsidiaries, EI Power Nexus Sdn Bhd and EI Power (Thailand) Co Ltd, on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. In a recent filing with Bursa Malaysia, OCK stated that this proposed listing will be executed through its listing vehicle, EI Power Bhd (EIP).

According to BERNAMA News Agency, OCK has indicated that the details of the proposed listing are not yet finalised, as the plan is still in its preliminary stage with preparatory work ongoing. The company emphasized that the proposed listing is contingent upon receiving necessary approvals from Bursa Securities, relevant authorities, and OCK’s shareholders.

OCK cautioned that there is no guarantee the proposed listing will occur as anticipated, and shareholders should be aware of this uncertainty. The company promised to make a detailed announcement to Bursa Securities once the details are finalised.
