Kuala Lumpur:NexG Bhd has changed its name back to Datasonic Group Bhd following approval from its shareholders during the recent annual general meeting held on September 30.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the company announced in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that its securities would continue to be traded under the same stock code but with the new name effective from October 7.

At the time of the lunch break, the share price of NexG remained stable at 30 sen, with a total of 2.39 million shares exchanged.
