MTD Properties Set To Launch Five New Projects This Year

Selangor: MTD Properties continues to strengthen its brand in the property industry with the launch of five new projects in Selangor and Melaka this year, which will benefit the community and boost local economic growth.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, MTD Properties’ chief operating officer Nik Fauzan Nik Faizul stated that the group is committed to embarking on five new projects compared to only two projects last year due to high demand from customers. “Last year, we launched Phase 8 (project) in Kajang, which is a commercial project of 70 units, and this project achieved great success when all the units were sold out in a very short time,” he said. “Customers see MTD Properties as a developer who is always committed. Through commercial (projects) on the development land, we further improve the economy of the local residents,” he added during the ‘Kasih Ramadan’ programme.

Also present at the event was MTD group chief executive officer Reime Rizal Abdul Aziz. Nik Fauzan emphasized that since its establishment, MTD Properties has ensured that every development area it develops has continuous added value to attract customers. He highlighted the upcoming launch of Phase 10 of Taman Sutera Kajang, which will combine ‘Rumah Selangorku’ (RSKU) project units and open units. “With this, MTD Properties hopes to help the people obtain affordable homes without sacrificing convenience and quality. Our project is not only focused on profit but also contributes to the people by providing high-quality and affordable homes,” he said.

Nik Fauzan further noted that the company places great emphasis on the quality of its construction, with each project using high-quality materials to achieve the specified standards. Regarding the ‘Kasih Ramadan’ programme, Reime Rizal mentioned that it is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative by the company for the community. “We want to give back to the community. RSKU is also one of the CSRs from MTD Properties,” he remarked.

At the event, MTD Properties donated RM5,000 to the Taman Sutera Mosque, Kajang and handed over ‘duit raya’ contributions to children.
