According to BERNAMA News Agency, in Facebook posts celebrating Teachers' Day 2026, themed 'Guru Bitara, Nadi Negara', Minister of Women, Family and Community Development Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri emphasized the evolving role of teachers in the digital and AI-driven landscape. She acknowledged that teachers have continually adapted to ensure students keep pace with changes, highlighting the theme as a recognition of educators as a guiding light for the nation's future.
Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Datuk Seri Arthur Joseph Kurup echoed these sentiments, underscoring the critical role teachers play in shaping character and advancing national development.
