According to BERNAMA News Agency, the bank announced via its Facebook post that it is offering a range of relief measures to help ease the victims’ financial burden during this challenging time. The bank encourages affected customers to apply for assistance by emailing [email protected] or visiting any of their branches or centers. Additionally, small and medium enterprise (SME) customers are advised to reach out to their Relationship Managers for further support.
Maybank Group’s insurance arm, Etiqa, will also provide coverage for all eligible customers impacted by the incident. Those affected can submit a claim through the Etiqa Special Hotline for the Putra Heights Explosion Claims at +6011-1630 6646 via WhatsApp or by calling +603-2692 8188.
