Mavenir: Mavenir has appointed Jitin Bhandari as Executive Vice President (EVP), NeoCloud Platform and Forward Deployment Engineering. According to BERNAMA News Agency, Bhandari will be responsible for leading the company's expansion into the NeoCloud market, while also establishing a Forward Deployment Engineering practice to serve communications service providers and the NeoCloud customer base.

Bhandari will report directly to Mavenir's President and Chief Executive Officer, Pardeep Kohli. This appointment comes in the wake of Mavenir's announcement of an AI-Integrated Platform and AI Service Assurance framework aimed at communications service providers. The company is extending its artificial intelligence platform, tools, and cloud-native expertise to NeoCloud providers.

Kohli emphasized that Bhandari brings significant technical expertise and experience in scaling software portfolios, along with a vision for AI that will aid in expanding the company's AI platform and capabilities into new markets and use cases. Bhandari, on his part, expressed enthusiasm about Mavenir's position to lead the transition towards AI-by-design and agentic operations. He looks forward to further developing the company's AI platform, tools, and Forward Deployment Engineering capabilities for a broad range of clients, including communications service providers, NeoCloud providers, and enterprises globally.

Before joining Mavenir, Bhandari was with Nokia, where he served as Chief Technology Officer for Cloud and Network Services, focusing on technology strategy and innovations in cloud-native and AI-powered networking solutions. His previous roles at Nokia include Chief Product Officer for Core Network Applications and Vice President and General Manager of Digital Networks. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Oracle, Acme Packet, and Alcatel-Lucent.
