The film, which highlights the humanitarian issues faced by Palestinians, particularly children affected by the military conflict, has resonated strongly with Malaysian audiences.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Deputy Communications Minister Teo Nie Ching emphasized that the film's reception underscores Malaysia's strong support for media that elevates the narratives of marginalized communities. Teo noted that Malaysia ranks behind France and Italy in terms of viewership, further illustrating the film's global impact and the universal theme of humanitarian solidarity.
Teo Nie Ching highlighted that the film serves as a powerful reminder that behind every statistic and news report are real families and children whose futures need protection. She hosted a special screening of the film at GSC Cinema, IOI Mall Kulai, attended by 120 residents from her constituency, emphasizing the event's role as an educational and public awareness platform.
