Kuala lumpur: LGMS Bhd is set to transfer its listing on Bursa Malaysia from the ACE Market to the Main Market on Jan 22, 2026. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company stated it owned a total of 456 million issued shares with a total issued share capital of RM66.25 million.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, LGMS operates in the technology sector under the digital services sub-sector. The transfer of listing does not involve the transfer of other types of securities.
