Kedah Finale Of 2025 Milo Breakfast Day Caps Off 75th Anniversary With 75,000 People

Kedah: The 2025 Milo Breakfast Day celebration to showcase the spirit of unity and advertising a healthy breakfast start every morning ended in Kedah, with the participation of 75,000 people in this edition. Milo Business Executive Officer Ng Su Yen in a statement today said that this year’s edition holds special significance as Milo celebrates its 75th anniversary of nourishing Malaysians.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, with the anniversary theme ‘Then, Now and Forever for Malaysia’, this beloved brand continues its mission to support an active lifestyle and balanced diet, while honouring its legacy of delivering goodness across generations. Ng Su Yen stated that Milo has toured six locations this year, starting in Putrajaya and continuing through Johor, Penang, Pahang, Terengganu, and finally Kedah to show appreciation to all loyal Milo fans.

Ng mentioned that Milo Breakfast Day is a way to encourage everyone to start their day with a balanced nutrition and be energetic to stay active together. The iconic initiative has evolved into a nationwide movement emphasizing the importance of starting the day with a balanced meal and an active lifestyle.

The finale highlighted the warmth, spirit, and unity of the participating communities. Ng also noted that Milo is the first chocolate malt drink in the country to be awarded the Healthier Choice Logo, demonstrating its commitment to providing nutritious products. Produced at the Chembong factory in Negeri Sembilan, Milo uses high-quality ingredients such as barley malt, milk, and cocoa.

Tunku Temenggong of Kedah, Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah, graced the peak event at Taman Tasik Darul Aman in Jitra. The main highlight of the event was the three-kilometre Milo Breakfast Run, followed by a fitness workout. Participants also enjoyed interactive stations and the Milo Goodness Truck.

Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz emphasized that Milo Breakfast Day fosters a healthier lifestyle and strengthens community bonds. She expressed delight in seeing families and citizens come together and stressed the importance of prioritizing health and well-being. Since its inception in 2013, Milo Breakfast Day has united more than 500,000 Malaysians in a nutritious breakfast start, making it a significant wellness event in the country.
