Yibin:Yibin Kaiyi International Trade Co Ltd, a subsidiary of KAIYI Auto, has announced that the KAIYI X7 Hybrid is now available in markets across Central Asia, Africa, South America, and the Middle East following its global premiere in April 2026.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the company has also revealed plans to introduce the all-new X7 Plus to global markets in 2027. This upcoming model will be available in both petrol and hybrid variants.
The KAIYI X7 Hybrid features a digital light front fascia with sigma-shaped daytime running lights and parametric dot-matrix elements. The triangular grille draws inspiration from the Kunlun Mountains and includes a sophisticated lighting system with automatic high- and low-beam switching, delayed shutoff, and multiple lighting animations.
The SUV measures 4,710 mm in length, 1,955 mm in width, and 1,715 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,800 mm. Its design focuses on managing airflow to the rear to reduce aerodynamic drag. The vehicle is equipped with flush power-retractable door handles that have a 20-kilogramme ice-breaking capability for low-temperature conditions, and it rides on 255/50 R20 tyres and 20-inch sport wheels.
The rear of the vehicle features full-width LED taillights integrated with an illuminated rear badge and horizontal light bar, providing lighting animations during locking and unlocking. The brake and turn signals are designed to enhance visibility for other road users.
The X7 Plus will introduce a new design language and enhanced intelligent comfort features, offering a wider range of choices for families worldwide.
