Kuala lumpur: Inta Bina Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (IBSB), has accepted a letter of award (LoA) for a construction project valued at RM212.34 million from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd. The company announced in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the project entails the construction of the main building, along with external works and mechanical and electrical works.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the construction period is set for 36 months, with the commencement date scheduled for October 7, 2025, and the completion date slated for October 6, 2028. Sime Darby plans to build a condominium block consisting of Anjung A, comprising 233 units over 30 floors, and Anjung B, which will house 247 units across 32 floors.

The structure will be erected atop an eight-level podium, featuring parking facilities from the sub-basement level five to level two, two floors dedicated to resident amenities on the ground and third floors, and a single sub-basement level. The contract is anticipated to positively impact Inta Bina’s future earnings for the duration of the contract, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
