‘Home Go Green’ Initiative Launched to Support Needy and Promote Recycling.

KUALA LUMPUR: HOME, an education franchise company, has launched its latest corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme called ‘HOME Go Green’ by collecting and donating used clothes to the Nur Ihsan Welfare Organisation.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, HOME stated that the ‘HOME Go Green’ initiative aims to benefit the needy while promoting recycling practices within the community to support environmental sustainability. The programme is a continuous effort by HOME to contribute to community welfare and environmental sustainability.

The company has invited all 165 HOME Maths Therapy branches across Malaysia, along with local communities, to participate in the donation of used clothes. This initiative is expected to positively impact environmental preservation efforts. The collected clothes were handed over by HOME’s chief executive, Faizal Abd Latip, to a representative of the Nur Ihsan Welfare Organisation at HOME’s headquarters in Ipoh, Perak.

Faizal emphasized that the programme not only support
s welfare and educational initiatives but also aims to raise awareness among HOME members about the importance of waste reduction and effective management of used clothes. He expressed hope that the donations would alleviate the burden on those in need while contributing to environmental conservation.

HOME specializes in teaching mathematics using therapeutic concepts to assist students aged five to nineteen. Beyond its educational focus, HOME is dedicated to giving back to society and the environment through corporate initiatives under the HOME Cakna brand, fostering a more caring society.
