Haily Group Unit Bags RM48.21 Mln Construction Job In Johor

Johor bahru: Haily Group Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award from Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd for a construction job valued at RM48.21 million in Johor. The contract involves building 113 double-storey terrace houses, alongside necessary infrastructure and landscaping, in the Taman Impian Emas township, Mukim Tebrau, Johor Bahru.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Haily Group's founder and executive director, See Tin Hai, stated that this award underscores the developers' continued confidence in Haily's capability to deliver landed residential projects in Johor. He emphasized the company's commitment to disciplined execution and timely delivery to support the strong housing demand in the region.

The latest contract elevates Haily's cumulative secured contracts to RM1.30 billion, ensuring strong earnings visibility for the coming financial years. This financial stability allows the company to be selective in its bidding, focusing on projects that offer the best value and margin stability. The construction company anticipates that the contract will positively impact its earnings and net assets throughout the project's duration.

This contract increases Haily's portfolio to 27 ongoing projects. To date, the group has completed 115 projects worth RM2.29 billion.
