He continues to feel her presence daily, particularly when he sees her belongings at their home.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Khyar expressed his deep sorrow, sharing that he and his wife spent much time with Irene Sofiya, and her absence is significantly felt. Overwhelmed by memories, Khyar finds it difficult to touch her belongings, as every part of their home reminds him of her.

The court has set December 22 for further mention, pending forensic and post-mortem reports. Irene Sofiya was discovered unconscious and covered in blood at the school hall, leading to her death. The accused has been remanded to assist in the ongoing investigation.
Khyar also expressed gratitude for the support from various groups, including NGOs, the school, and government agencies during this difficult time.
