FBM KLCI Futures Close Marginally Higher

Kuala lumpur: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives finished slightly higher today, tracking the cash market’s performance.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, at the close, the December 2025 contract gained 1.5 points to 1,611.0, while the January 2026, March 2026, and June 2026 contracts each added one point to finish at 1,614.0, 1,597.5, and 1,601.0, respectively.

Turnover decreased to 8,110 lots compared to 11,489 lots on Monday, and open interest fell to 43,727 contracts from the previous 46,953 contracts.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI improved 1.39 points, or 0.08 percent, to 1,614.17 from Monday’s close of 1,612.78.
