Kuala lumpur: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof has extended his condolences to the family of Sarawak media practitioner James Joshua Guang, 58, who died yesterday. In a Facebook post, Fadillah expressed his sadness over the loss of James, highlighting the impact of his passing on both his family and the media community in Sarawak.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Fadillah recognized James' significant contributions and dedication to journalism and communication, noting that his legacy will be remembered. The Deputy Prime Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to James' family, wishing them strength, resilience, and peace during this challenging time.

James passed away at Sarawak General Hospital and is scheduled to be laid to rest at the Anglican Cemetery in Siburan, Kuching, on Tuesday.
