DXN 2Q Net Profit Surges To RM70.26 Mln, Announces 0.80 Sen Dividend

Kuala lumpur: DXN Holdings Bhd’s net profit for the second quarter ended Aug 31, 2025 (2Q 2025), rose to RM70.26 million from RM65.97 million a year earlier. However, revenue slipped by 1.5 per cent to RM481.20 million from RM488.43 million previously, said the global health and wellness direct-selling company in a Bursa Malaysia filing today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this decline in revenue was attributed to unfavourable currency translation effects due to the depreciation of foreign currencies against the ringgit. Excluding these currency translation effects, revenue in local currencies showed positive growth, with Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, and India recording growth rates ranging from two per cent to 38 per cent.

The company has declared a second interim dividend of 0.80 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending Feb 28, 2026, which will be payable on Nov 28, 2025. DXN Holdings also noted an improvement in the Middle East, supported by ongoing market-boosting activities. Conversely, revenue from Morocco saw a decline due to softer demand, as members held higher stock levels following increased purchases during earlier promotional campaigns.

For the six months ended Aug 31, 2025, net profit narrowed to RM144.17 million from RM151.54 million, while revenue eased to RM960.26 million from RM963.49 million a year ago. The group has stated its intention to continue diversifying its product offerings, focusing on functional solutions that support immunity and overall wellness.

DXN Holdings is expanding its global footprint with new facilities in Peru, Bolivia, and Morocco, and is also expanding into Kelantan, Malaysia. These expansions are expected to enhance market access and improve logistics efficiency. The group remains focused on product innovation, operational scalability, and sustainable expansion as part of its long-term growth strategy in the wellness sector.
