Kuala lumpur: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof today expressed his highest appreciation and gratitude to all members of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) for their service and sacrifices in safeguarding the nation.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, in a Facebook post, Fadillah highlighted the unwavering readiness of the security force to perform its duties regardless of time or circumstance, including during festive seasons when others are able to spend time with their families. He emphasized that police officers consistently put the safety and security of the people and the nation above their personal time.

Fadillah noted that the slogan "Police and Community Are Inseparable" is more than just words, reflecting the dedication and sincerity shown by PDRM officers. He extended his wishes for a "Happy 219th Police Day" to all members of the force, expressing hope for divine protection over their efforts and sacrifices. He concluded his message by thanking the officers, acknowledging them as national heroes whose contributions remain close to the hearts of the people.
